1. Digital Product Delivery

All digital products are delivered via instant download immediately after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation containing your download link. If you do not receive this email within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder before contacting us at [email protected].

Downloads are available for 30 days from the date of purchase and may be downloaded an unlimited number of times. If you experience technical difficulties accessing your download, contact us and we will assist you promptly.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect email address provided at checkout, or for compatibility issues between our digital products and your device or software.


2. Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a download has been accessed or delivered.

EU/EEA consumers: You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. However, by completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once the download begins. This confirmation is presented to you at checkout.

Exceptions — we will offer a refund or replacement if:

  • The file is corrupt or cannot be opened
  • The product is materially different from its description
  • You are charged in error or charged twice

To request an exception refund, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.


3. Service Delivery

We offer the following types of services:

  • Fixed-Scope Projects: Delivered according to a timeline and scope agreed in writing before work begins. We will communicate proactively if any delays arise.
  • Hourly Consulting: Delivered on a scheduled basis. Sessions are confirmed by email and take place in the agreed-upon format (video or in-person)
  • Ongoing Retainers: Delivered on a monthly rolling basis. Scope and deliverables for each period are agreed at the start of the engagement or outlined in your service agreement.
  • Custom Quotes: Delivery timelines and scope are agreed individually in writing prior to commencement. No work begins until scope and payment terms are confirmed.

We are not liable for delays caused by late provision of information, materials, or approvals on your part.


4. Refunds on Services

We do not offer automatic refunds on services. Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances.

  • Fixed-Scope Projects: If you cancel before work has begun, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund of any upfront payment, less any reasonable costs already incurred. Once work has commenced, refunds are assessed based on the proportion of work completed.
  • Hourly Consulting: Sessions that have taken place are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with a session, please contact us to discuss.
  • Ongoing Retainers: Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable. You will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation (see Section 5).
  • Custom Quotes: Refund terms are specified in your individual agreement. Where not specified, the same principles as Fixed-Scope Projects apply.
  • EU/EEA consumers: You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from a services contract. This right is waived if you have expressly requested that work begin within the 14-day period and acknowledged this in writing. Where work has partially commenced within the withdrawal period at your request, you may be charged proportionally for work completed.

We do not offer free trials or money-back guarantees on any services.

5. Service Cancellation

By you:

  • Fixed-scope projects: Cancellation must be made in writing. Fees for work already completed are non-refundable. Any agreed deposit may be retained to cover costs incurred.
  • Hourly consulting: Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 72 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice may be charged in full.
  • Ongoing retainers: You may cancel with 35 days written notice before the next billing date. Cancellations received after the billing date will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Custom projects: Cancellation terms are specified in your individual agreement.

By us:

We reserve the right to cancel a service engagement at any time. If we cancel without cause, we will refund a fair proportion of any prepaid fees for work not yet delivered. We are not liable for any further compensation beyond this.
